When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will welcome you and complete your check-in before guiding you to a private examination room. A skilled veterinary technician will meet with you to discuss your pet’s medical history, current concerns, and record vital signs. Your veterinarian will then join you, having been thoroughly briefed by the technician, to perform a complete examination and develop a personalized care plan. We’ll take time to address all of your questions and ensure you feel confident about the recommended treatment.
